Our team

Thalía has been AGON’s executive director since October 2013, when the firm started operations. She was audits superintendent at Pemex Exploración y Producción from 2011 to 2013 head auditor for Northern Mexico at Pemex Refinación from 2010 to 2011. From 2008 to 2010 she was advisor to the Civil Service Ministry, coordinating and monitoring strategic projects and providing consultancy on policies to combat corruption and streamline government processes. Between 2002 and 2007, she was deputy director for good government at Mexico’s tax agency, SAT, and worked in the international logistics area of Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany.

She holds a degree in Public Administration from El Colegio de México and an MBA from the Applied Sciences University of Reutlingen, Germany.
