José Salvador Martínez Téllez
Salvador has participated in projects related to abusive conduct investigations and barriers to competition and essential inputs. In addition, Salvador collaborated in amparo lawsuits filed against resolutions issued by the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece) and the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT).
Before joining Agon, Salvador was selected to be part of the Fifth Edition of Cofece’s Student Summer Program at the General Directorate of Litigation and worked at a firm specialized in public law litigation in the antitrust area.
He is currently pursuing his law degree at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where he was awarded the Federico García Samano scholarship.
