José Salvador Martínez Téllez
Salvador focuses his practice on administrative and constitutional litigation before courts specializing in economic competition, broadcasting, and telecommunications. Additionally, he has participated in projects related to investigations into monopolistic practices and merger control notifications.
Prior to joining Agon, Salvador was selected to participate in the Fifth Edition of the COFECE Summer Student Program within the General Directorate of Litigation and worked at a firm specializing in public law litigation within the economic competition practice.
He obtained his Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) summa cum laude, where he was awarded the Federico García Samano scholarship.
