Our team

Fernanda has participated in projects involving antitrust investigations, pre-merger filings and barriers to competition investigations, both at Cofece and the IFT. Fernanda has also supported the trade team in antidumping investigations and reviews. As part of the economic and legal team, Fernanda has also been involved in energy sector projects and forensic analysis of electronic equipment as part of Agon’s regulatory compliance programs.

Prior to joining Agon, Fernanda worked at a Collegiate Circuit Court in administrative matters in Mexico City.

Fernanda studied Law and Economics at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and is in the process of preparing her thesis for defense in the corresponding exams.
