Esteban Estrada Mora
Esteban is an antitrust, foreign trade, and regulation economist. In Agon, Esteban has participated in market studies, regulatory analysis, and economic impact assessments. In addition, he has advised clients in merger control cases and anticompetitive practices proceedings before the Mexican Competition Commission (Cofece). The projects in which Esteban has participated involve various industries, such as agri-food, energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, payment methods, information technologies, cargo transportation, and telecommunications.
Before joining Agon, Esteban participated in research projects, for PhD. José Tudón at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), related to the organization and spillover effects of the cryptocurrency market.
Esteban holds a B.A. in Economics from ITAM from where he graduated with honors and holds certificates in economic competition and quantitative methods for competition analysis from the Centro de Investigación y Docencias Económicas (CIDE) and the Barcelona School of Economics (BES).
