Our team

Divanni has participated in legal counseling projects in antitrust issues, where it has supported in matters regarding cartel investigations, barriers to competition and essential inputs, applications to the immunity program, and pre-merger filings. Additionally, he has participated in projects of forensic analysis, regulatory policy, and analysis of state procurement systems. Prior to joining Agon, Divanni was involved in projects related to legal advice and representation before local and federal courts in commercial, civil, and family law matters.

He obtained his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and is a member of the National Bar of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE).
