Ashley Yosahandy Alanis Maldonado
Ashley participates in legal projects focused on anticompetitive conduct and barriers to competition investigations, as well as providing support in amparo proceedings brought against resolutions of the National Antitrust Commission (CNA).
Before joining Agon, Ashley worked in the legal department of an accounting firm, where she participated in legal and administrative activities, gaining experience in handling legal processes and supporting professionals in the field.
Ashley is a third-year law student at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and has a technical degree as a Bilingual Business Assistant from the Colegio Guadalupe. She has participated in Model United Nations and has certifications from the University of Cambridge in English language proficiency.
