Gonzalo is involved in projects related to merger control cases and investigations for cartels, abuse of dominance, and barriers to competition and essential facilities. He also advises on requests for favorable opinions and on the implementation of compliance programs under the Federal Economic Competition Law.
He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
