Armando Garza Sada

Mr. Garza Sada is Chairman of the Board of ALFA, a Mexican company operating in 18 countries with emphasis on car parts, chemicals, petrochemicals, and telecommunications. (He previously held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board and Director of Development at ALFA. He has also been CEO of Versax and Sigma, as well as Director of Planning at ALFA and CEO of Polioles and Selther.)

He is a member of the boards of FEMSA, Frisa, Grupo Financiero Banorte, Lamosa, Liverpool, Proeza, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Stanford University. He has chaired the Cámara de la Industria de Transformación de Nuevol León (CAINTRA) and the Consejo Económico Empresarial del Sector Privado (CEESP).

He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has an MBA from Stanford University.
